Job Summary

As a Pension Analyst, you will be a key member of an administration team delivering high-quality pension administration services for multiple clients, handling member transactions, maintaining records, and supporting regulatory and client reporting requirements. Responsibilities include processing events (retirement, termination, death, relationship breakdown), updating client databases, quality control of year-end data and AIR filings, calculating pension adjustments (PA, PAR, PSPA), interpreting pension plan provisions under provincial/federal rules, responding to inquiries, proposing process improvements, coordinating new business implementations with account management and implementation teams, and performing additional team duties. Qualifications include a post-secondary diploma in a related field, at least two years of pension benefits administration experience, strong analytical andMathematical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills; CEBS designation is an asset, and French proficiency is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field (e.g., business administration) or equivalent training
  • Minimum two years’ experience in pension benefits administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
  • Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive situations and deadlines
  • Successful completion of a cleared criminal background check
