Pennsylvania Christian Education Network Executive Director

Executive Director responsible for growing PCEN membership among evangelical and Catholic schools in Pennsylvania, developing advocacy and policy initiatives, engaging with state lawmakers, and building programs to expand Christian education across the state. Leads education policy development, builds partnerships with church and organizational networks, and oversees leadership councils and affiliate trainings. Requires strong research, written and oral communication skills, time management under fast-paced conditions, tech proficiency (CRM), and a mature Christian alignment with Frontline’s mission. Flexible to support program development and future initiatives within the network; reports to Pennsylvania Family Institute.
