Job Summary
Penetration Tester at NN Group Netherlands (Cyber Testing Center) focused on real-world security assessments across NN’s systems. Responsibilities include performing DAST/SAST/IAST assessments against OWASP ASVS and MASVS, conducting infrastructure security assessments, delivering workshops to developers and infrastructure teams, advising clients on fixes, creating new tooling, and contributing to internal projects that expand pentesting capabilities, including AI/LLM-related testing. Requires 2-5 years of hands-on pentesting experience, web development skills (.NET, Java, Python, shell scripting), mobile app pentesting (iOS/Android), and experience with AI/LLM security. Strong communication to explain findings and recommendations, and a commitment to staying current with security trends and ongoing professional development. Hybrid work arrangement with most-time remote working and ad-hoc in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong IT background
- 2-5 years of experience in penetration testing
- Hands-on experience with web development (.NET, Java, Python, shell scripting)
- Penetration testing experience of mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Experience with penetration testing of AI/LLM solutions and projects using LLMs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to teach and write guidelines
- Keeping up-to-date with security trends, performing CTF labs
