Job Summary
Penetration Tester (m/w/d) in a 100% role based in Zug, Switzerland. Responsibilities include conducting penetration tests and security assessments of applications in on-premise and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); identifying and analyzing security vulnerabilities in software and systems including web, mobile apps, and APIs; developing and implementing security measures to remediate vulnerabilities in varied environments (e.g., containers, Kubernetes, serverless); creating detailed reports and risk assessments; collaborating with development teams to improve application security through code reviews and security architecture design. Requires 3-5 years of practical experience, strong client-facing skills, and fluency in German and English (French/Italian advantageous); offers a hybrid work model (on-site and home) in Zug, CH.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Information Technology, Cyber Security or comparable education
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and application security
- experience dealing with clients and stakeholders, ideally in a consulting role
- analytical skills, very good MS Office proficiency, fluent in German and English
- knowledge of French and/or Italian advantageous
- planning and organizational talent
- communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of collaborating with people
- agility in implementing ideas, strategic thinking and efficient execution
