Job Summary
Coordinate, document, and track predictive, hybrid, and agile projects for cross-functional technical teams across data, operations, and applications branches. Manage 3-5 projects with 3-10 matrixed team members while prioritizing requirements and deliverables with input from government stakeholders. Report directly to the Program Manager in a mission-focused environment supporting digital forensics and malware reverse engineering for the Department of Defense. This role requires Top Secret + SCI clearance and experience in project management and technical contributor roles. Applicants must be US citizens with a Bachelor's degree and five years of post-graduate professional experience.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen who actively holds a security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) level or higher
- Bachelors degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics
- Minimum five years of post-graduate professional experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years as a project manager
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical contributor role such as software engineer, system administrator, enterprise architect
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for efficient communication, reporting, and presentation
- Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
- Top Secret + SCI Eligible
- Vaccination requirements as required by federal, state, and local law
- Acknowledgement that you have not engaged in any illegal drug use within the past twelve months
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with architecture documentation tools such as Cameo, Visio, and Draw.io
- Familiarity with microservice architecture deployments
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) implementations
- Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT III (e.g., CISSP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile Project Management certification such as PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or SAFe
