Job Summary
Manage a large cross-functional team embedded in a US Government partner site while serving as the primary point of contact between the client and company. Lead technical implementation, program oversight, and personnel management for the CIO Services Task lead. Brief a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness. This role requires a Top Secret + SCI clearance and is based in the Greater Baltimore Area with no telework expected. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, eight years of post-graduate experience, and specific leadership experience in government and private sector infrastructure environments.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen who actively holds a security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) level or higher
- Bachelors degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics
- Minimum eight years of post-graduate professional experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams
- Experience in the last five years briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness
- Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years leading and supervising teams in Government and private sector infrastructure environments
- Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years with the building, operating, securing, defending, and extending network infrastructure
- Minimum of one years' experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams running a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline utilizing modern approaches including containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code
- Minimum of two years' experience in the last five years leading and supervising teams planning and executing migration of legacy systems into multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments
- Minimum of two years' experience in the last seven years leading and supervising personnel developing and implementing 'data lakes' and other aspects of modern data strategies
- Experience with application development, system administration, networking, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
- Must acknowledge that you have not engaged in any illegal drug use within the past twelve months
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, BigPicture, or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for efficient communication, reporting, and presentation
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily workflows for process improvement
- Process improvement experience and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma
- Experience managing projects in both predictive and agile environments
- Experience creating, managing, tracking, and reporting of budgets
