Job Summary
Lead a large cross-functional team embedded at a US Government partner site, serving as the primary point of contact between the client and company. Drive technical implementation, program oversight, and personnel management while briefing CIOs and CISOs on agency-wide actions to ensure unity of effort. Manage legacy system migrations to multi-cloud environments, develop data lakes, and oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing containerization and Infrastructure as Code. This pending contract award requires a Top Secret + SCI eligible US citizen with over ten years of post-graduate experience. The role involves leading teams in both predictive and agile environments, creating and tracking budgets, and integrating artificial intelligence into workflows. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and relevant certifications such as PMP or DoD 8570 IAT II.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen who actively holds a security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) clearance level or higher
- Bachelors degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics
- Minimum ten years of post-graduate professional experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams
- Experience in the last five years briefing a CIO and CISO on agency-wide planned, recommended, and directed actions to enable unity of effort and operational effectiveness
- Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years leading and supervising teams in Government and private sector infrastructure environments
- Minimum of three years' experience in the last ten years with the building, operating, securing, defending, and extending network infrastructure
- Minimum of one years' experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams running a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline utilizing modern approaches including containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code
- Minimum of two years' experience in the last five years leading and supervising teams in planning and executing migration of legacy systems into multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments
- Minimum of two years' experience in the last seven years leading and supervising personnel developing and implementing "data lakes" and other aspects of modern data strategies
- Experience with application development, system administration, networking, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, or related technical field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT II (e.g., Security+)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, BigPicture, or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for efficient communication, reporting, and presentation
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence into daily workflows for process improvement
- Process improvement experience and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma
- Experience managing projects in both predictive and agile environments
- Experience creating, managing, tracking, and reporting of budgets
