Job Summary
PEMS Field Administrator responsible for supporting the Project Equipment Management System database usage for forecasting, tracking, and estimating equipment on projects. Located on a long-term camp assignment for Project Kilby in Pecos, TX, you will analyze and interpret data for billing and utilization, maintain equipment inventory databases, assist with open program development items and testing, support project scheduling and forecasting, maintain construction equipment schedules, generate asset management reports, and coordinate with home office and Finance/Project Controls. Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or construction or 3-5 years of construction equipment experience; EMS certification is preferred. Strong database, scheduling, and asset management knowledge, with experience in automated systems and Microsoft Office applications, is desired.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelors degree in business or construction or 3-5 years construction equipment experience
- AEMP Equipment Management Specialist (EMS) certification preferred
- Planning and schedule experience preferred
- General construction equipment knowledge preferred
- Financial background preferred
- Experience in automated systems; intermediate proficiency in the use of the Microsoft suite applications, particularly database and scheduling applications
- Intermediate experience as database administrator
- Basic knowledge of asset management
- Intermediate knowledge in material and quality control
