Job Summary
Personal Injury Associate Attorney role managing a busy plaintiff caseload from intake through settlement or litigation. Responsibilities include case management for motor vehicle accident matters, client advocacy, legal research, discovery, drafting pleadings, depositions, negotiations with insurers and lien holders, and trial preparation with support from staff. Requires active Wisconsin Bar admission; Minnesota license is preferred but not required. Candidates should have 2+ years of litigation experience, ability to handle a high-volume caseload, and strong client communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement available in Baraboo, WI with in-office and remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Bar in good standing
- Minnesota license preferred but not required
- Two or more years of litigation experience (motor vehicle/automotive liability preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
