Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT)
- Certification in advanced pelvic health physical therapy (e.g., APTA CAPP-Pelvic, Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Certification, or equivalent) preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and/or pre- and post-natal conditions preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development
