Job Summary
Conduct pelvic floor physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plan development for patients with pelvic health disorders at the Platte Valley Hospital outpatient clinic. Manage patient care and education while supervising assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain thorough patient documentation, complete accurate billing, and communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding patient goals. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement audits, and continuing education initiatives to support clinical outcomes and Intermountain's operating model. This role requires a full-time 36-hour schedule with variable shifts and includes on-call responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Basic Computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record
- Full-Time (36 hours)
- Outpatient / Variable Schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification
