Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients with pelvic health disorders, developing care plans based on assessments and physician referrals. Manage patient care and education while supervising assistants, aides, and students to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare providers. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and utilization review audits to support clinical outcomes and the Intermountain Operating Model. Meet established productivity standards and engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and promote staff learning.
Required Qualifications
- Pelvic Health Experience
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Basic Computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record
- Full-Time (36 hours)
