Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and treatments for patients with pelvic health disorders, developing care plans based on assessments and physician referrals. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete accurate billing, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes, including utilization review audits. Adhere to productivity standards and engage in continuing education to stay updated on standard practices. Perform duties in a full-time outpatient setting with a variable schedule, utilizing a current driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Pelvic Health Experience
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Basic Computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable driving record
- Full-Time (36 hours)
