Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient supervision, including assistants, aides, and students, and participate in quality improvement processes, utilization review audits, and interdisciplinary meetings. Maintain thorough patient documentation, complete billing accurately, and contribute to program development strategies. This role is based at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado, requiring a 40-hour weekly schedule. The position offers an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47, dependent on experience. Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
