Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily while utilizing Limber Health software to support at-home care. This role offers access to a six-week onboarding program, mentorship, and in-house residency-style development tracks. Candidates receive a base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus monthly incentives tied to daily visit thresholds. PT Solutions supports professional growth through continuing education, research publication opportunities, and reimbursement for licensure and race fees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
