Job Summary
Operate pellet mill machinery and equipment to transform raw materials into final high-quality products while adhering to all safety processes and standard operating procedures. Maintain work area cleanliness and organization, ensuring quality standards are met during production. Collaborate with Leads and Management to complete daily assignments, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to changes. Troubleshoot issues and solve problems as needed. Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment in temperature zones ranging from cold to hot environments. Requires 1+ year of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills
- Always respectful
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
- Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
- Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods
- Areas where dust and chemicals are present
Desired Qualifications
