Pelican Landing Cook II

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while preparing special meals, regulating oven and grill temperatures, and ensuring proper portioning and garnish. Cook food according to recipes and quality standards, test items for sufficient doneness, and inform the Chef of excess items for daily specials. Maintain food logs, wash and disinfect kitchen equipment, and communicate assistance needs during busy periods. Adhere to departmental policies, assist management in hiring and training, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
