Job Summary
Lead Pega CSSA projects with 8-12 years of experience, managing rule resolution, performance tuning via PAL and Log Analyzer, and advanced OOTB integrations including SOAP connectors and security models. Drive deployment architecture, rules import/export, and agent/listener configurations while ensuring enterprise-class structures and DCO/Application Accelerator optimization. Maintain System Management Administrator tool proficiency and lead at least two Pega projects in CSSA capacity. Requires Pega CSSA certification and strong knowledge of node/thread-level pages.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 - 12 yrs. of PEGA Experience
- working knowledge on Enterprise Class structure
- knowledge on Rule resolution
- knowledge on DCO, Application profiler, Application Accelerator
- working knowledge on Performance Tuning (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB Tracer/ Preflight)
- working knowledge on SMA (System Management Administrator) tool
- working experience in Pega Framework implementation experience (CPM, NBAM, Smart Investigation, etc.)
- working knowledge on Node & Thread level page
- working knowledge on advance Pega OOTB Integration (Exp - Exception handling, Data Mapping for services and connectors, Security model for SOAP connectors & services)
- working knowledge on Pega Deployment experience / knowledge (Deployment Architecture) / Rules import & Export
- Pega CSSA certified
- lead at least 2 Pega projects in CSSA capacity
