Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of complex PEGA-based solutions while guiding customers in defining and optimizing their application landscapes. Collaborate with business, development, and platform teams to provide architectural direction across enterprise-level implementations. Drive best practices in PEGA application design and governance, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical architecture. Support Constellation framework adoption and troubleshoot architectural challenges. Mentor development teams on best practices and lead design reviews. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale implementations and complex transformation programs leveraging the latest PEGA Constellation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- strong hands-on PEGA expertise
- Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA)
- Proven experience working across multiple teams in enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture and capabilities
- Strong understanding of PEGA Constellation framework
- Experience guiding customers on PEGA landscape and solution strategy
- Solid experience in large-scale PEGA implementations
- Ability to Architect scalable and high-performing PEGA solutions
- Ability to Mentor and guide development teams on PEGA best practices
- Ability to Translate complex business requirements into technical design
- Ability to Define enterprise PEGA application landscapes
- Ability to Troubleshoot architectural and performance challenges
- Ability to Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams
- Ability to Drive design reviews and governance discussions
