Job Summary
Lead the translation of business strategy into scalable Pega-based solutions and end-to-end case management designs; provide functional leadership across the delivery lifecycle; drive requirements discovery, agile backlog prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement; stay current with Pega capabilities and industry trends; collaborate with business, delivery teams, and technical architects to shape solution vision and roadmap; ensure designs maximize reusability, scalability, and business value, with governance and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Pega Business Architecture Expertise
- Experience in designing and delivering Pega-based case management solutions
- Strategic & Functional Leadership in business architecture
- End-to-End Case Management Design in Pega
- Agile Delivery Experience
- Integration & Ecosystem Awareness (Pega integrations)
- Pega Certification preferred (PCBA/CSSA/CLSA)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshops facilitation
