Job Summary
PEGA Lead Business Architect responsible for translating business strategy into scalable Pega-based solutions and end-to-end case management designs. Lead requirements discovery, drive governance and backlog prioritisation in an agile environment, and provide functional leadership across the delivery lifecycle. Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensure alignment with customer journeys, reusability, scalability, and business value realization, and stay current with Pega capabilities and industry best practices.
