PEGA Lead Business Architect - Contract

Job Summary
Lead the translation of business strategy into scalable Pega-based solutions and end-to-end case management architectures. Define and drive end-to-end case management design aligned with customer journeys and organisational goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to shape solution vision and roadmap. Provide functional leadership across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and design principles. Facilitate requirements discovery, process modelling, and backlog prioritisation in an agile environment. Ensure solutions emphasize reusability, scalability, and business value. Support governance through design reviews, solution validation, and quality assurance activities. Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clarity of requirements and solution intent. Stay current with Pega capabilities and industry trends to inform best practices and future roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Pega Business Architecture Expertise: Designing and delivering Pega-based case management solutions
- Pega Certification: PCBA or higher (CSSA/CLSA) preferred
- Strategic & Functional Leadership in business architecture and solution approaches
- End-to-End Case Management Design within Pega
- Agile Delivery Experience in backlog definition and iterative delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement with senior business stakeholders
- Integration & Ecosystem Awareness: coordinating Pega with enterprise systems
