Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform aligned with business requirements by configuring case types, workflows, business rules, UI components, and data models. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP services, APIs, and messaging frameworks. Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions, perform unit and integration testing, and troubleshoot application issues while optimizing performance. Follow Pega best practices and coding standards, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support deployment and post-production activities. Requires 4+ years of Pega experience with case management, decision rules, and system integration skills. Hybrid schedule includes 3 days in Guadalajara.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid : 3 days in Guadalajara
- at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications using the Pegasystems platform (Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity)
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Pega (PRPC / Pega Infinity)
- Strong experience in: Case Management
- Strong experience in: Business Process Flows
- Strong experience in: Decision Rules (Decision Tables, Decision Trees)
- Strong experience in: Data Pages and Data Transforms
- Hands-on experience with Pega Dev Studio / App Studio
- Experience in system integration (REST, SOAP, APIs)
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
