Job Summary
Responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions, including defining requirements for new applications and customization according to MasterCard standards. Develop, customize, and test applications while leading day-to-day system development and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years Pega experience, with a preference for 5+ years, and have relevant skills in WebSphere, RAD, Oracle, and software engineering methodologies. Agile experience is also preferred.

- 3+ years Pega experience
- Experience with XML, HTTP, SOAP
Desired Qualifications
- Pega PRPC certified professional preferred
- 5+ years Pega experience
- WebSphere experience preferred
- RAD experience preferred
- Experience working with Oracle
- Broad understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies
- Agile experience preferred
