Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications while customizing configurations and integrating solutions with other systems. Troubleshoot application issues, ensure adherence to coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Report status and progress to all levels of staff within a collaborative team environment. This role requires a Top Secret clearance, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in the Washington, DC area, with a salary range of $135-170k based on skills and certifications. Required Qualifications
- UNITED STATES CITIZEN
- REQUIRES TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
- 4 DAYS ONSITE / 1 DAY REMOTE - WASHINGTON, DC AREA
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience with Pega PRPC or similar platforms with a commitment to upskilling
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight
- Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred
