Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical specifications. Architect and design scalable, performance-optimized solutions on the Pega PRPC platform (version 8+), while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate decisioning, marketing, and business operations processes. Drive continuous improvement by implementing industry best practices and optimizing decisioning capabilities such as Next Best Action and Adaptive Models. Ensure high standards of code quality through regular reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation for project architecture and design decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA, CPDC
- 5+ years of overall experience in Pega implementation and development
- Proven expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or strong Technical LDA background
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC version 8+ platform
- In-depth knowledge of Pega decisioning tools such as Next Best Action Designer, Decision Data Store, Adaptive and Predictive Models, etc.
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of business operations, decision management, and customer engagement processes
