Job Summary
Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Pega applications, defining class structures, data models, and process flows. Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services while designing application security protocols to ensure compliance with Guardrails. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality releases as you manage end-to-end delivery of medium to large solution components. Collaborate within Agile and Scrum teams to match technology solutions to customer needs. Requires CSA or CSSA certification, advanced Pega knowledge, and Java experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree
- at least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
- advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy
- experience with Java-based applications
