Job Summary
Lead the analysis, design, and development of Pega applications using Constellation architecture, including case types, data models, and workflows aligned with enterprise standards. Build UI components and case management applications within the Constellation framework, configuring views and fields while implementing modern design patterns. Integrate Pega solutions with external systems via REST/SOAP services and manage data pages, decision rules, and integration layers. Participate in end-to-end delivery of medium to large components in Agile/Scrum environments, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy
- Experience with Java-based applications

- Knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading the analysis, design, and development of Pega applications using Constellation architecture
- Experience designing case types, data models, class structures, and workflows aligned with enterprise standards
- Experience developing scalable and reusable components following Pega guardrails and best practices
- Experience building UI components and case management applications using Pega Constellation framework
- Experience configuring views, fields, and UI components in Constellation architecture
- Experience implementing modern UI capabilities and reusable design patterns within Constellation
- Experience integrating Pega applications with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP services
