Job Summary
The Pega Architect role requires at least 7 years of experience in enterprise and solutions architecture, with hands-on development in Pega PRPC and banking/insurance frameworks. Candidates must hold CSSA/CLSA certification and possess experience in PL/SQL, shell scripting, and database solutions. The position demands extensive knowledge in J2EE and object-oriented programming, along with the ability to drive independent projects and define technology solutions in the banking and insurance domains. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in a management consulting environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
- At least 7 years’ hands on application development experience in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x and Pega banking/Insurance frameworks
- Certification as CSSA/CLSA in Pega PRPC v6.x
- At least 4 years’ experience in PL/SQL and shell (Unix/Linux) scripting
- At least 4 years’ experience in database Oracle or MS/SQL
- At least 4 years’ experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/JavaScript/CSS), .Net or any object-oriented programming language
- At least 4 years of experience in defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural standpoint
- At least 4 years of experience in defining technology solutions for Banking / Insurance domain to solve business/ IT problem
- Experience providing advanced technology advisory services
- Understanding of market and technology trends
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology with experience in Pega - analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems
