Job Summary
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design robust Pega Smart Dispute Framework solutions aligned with business goals. Develop and implement complex Pega applications by customizing configurations and integrating seamlessly with other systems to ensure optimal data flow. Conduct thorough testing to address issues and maintain high standards of quality and reliability. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and architectural diagrams. This role requires a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with extensive experience in Smart Dispute Framework development, located remotely with a preference for TX, NY, or DE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing Pega applications, with a strong emphasis on Smart Dispute Framework development
- Deep understanding of Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Smart Dispute Framework architecture
- Industry Experience Required: Banking & Financial Services
