Conduct day-to-day Pega V8.x application development, focusing on integration concepts, case management, and root cause analysis for issue resolution. Lead small teams or modules while applying Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive delivery. Prioritize immediate availability for short-notice engagement. This role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, with a preference for Java-based application exposure and US Healthcare systems knowledge. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 Years Relevant Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega V8.x
- Good knowledge of Integration Concepts & Case Management
- Experience in Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis & Issue Resolution
- Leadership capabilities to handle small teams/modules
- Familiarity with Scrum & Agile methodologies
- Work From Office (Day 1 Onsite)
