Peer Warmline Specialist - CPRC or CPSS

Accept incoming calls, chats, and texts to support callers in developing coping skills and wellness plans. Connect individuals to the MiCAL crisis line and provide information on local resources such as shelters and treatment facilities. Document each encounter while maintaining high-level confidentiality, then communicate with shift supervisors and staff for support. Perform other duties as assigned while working fully remote from a private, HIPAA-compliant office. This role is part of Common Ground's mission to help people move from crisis to hope by offering listening, assistance, and advocacy.
