Job Summary
Provide outreach and engagement as part of the SB-WISe program, drawing on personal recovery experience to support youth and families in navigating emotional and mental health needs within homes and communities. Roles include crisis-access via 24/7 on-call support, collaboration as part of the treatment team, and direct guidance to youth and families in their recovery, in school-based and community settings. Requires a minimum high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred), ability to complete HCA training for Certification, at least one year of direct youth experience, and a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience with youth
- Specialized training through Washington State HCA in becoming a Certified Youth or Family Specialist (dual certification preferred)
