Job Summary
Peer Support Specialists engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members to assist in recovery goal exploration and achievement. They provide consultation to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture, and respond to emergencies with engagement and de-escalation skills. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, current CalMHSA Certification, and experience as a beneficiary of the Behavioral Health system.
