Job Summary

Provide direct behavioral health services to clients in primary care settings, including screenings, assessments, case management, and individual or group therapy. Coach clients on practical life skills, help access community resources, and advocate across schools and healthcare systems. Partner with clinical teams to coordinate care, prevent crises, and support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation in multiple EHR systems. Work with scheduled and walk-in clients to build resilience and recovery plans. This role supports individuals with co-occurring physical and mental health needs within North Range's seven integrated Sunrise locations.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Lived or relational experience similar to the population served, including experience with mental health challenges, substance use, co-occurring conditions, or child family systems
  • Actively engaged in personal recovery or resiliency plan for at least one year
  • Valid Colorado driver's license with an insurable driving record
