Job Summary
Provides peer support to engage individuals in a recovery partnership, teaches recovery and life skills, and advocates for the needs and rights of individuals served. Works with the clinical team to coordinate services, completes required documentation, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Requires Peer Employment Training certification and a high school diploma, plus de-escalation training. Shift includes evenings (Thu–Sat and alternating Wed 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) at Crisis - Bridge Center For Hope in Baton Rouge, LA. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of Peer Employment Training thus obtaining Certification as a Peer Support Specialist required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
