Job Summary
Provide direct services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or trauma conditions by guiding them toward increased wellness through a personal, self-directed process. Share insights from your own recovery journey in an inspirational manner to support peers in their journey. Work in mutuality with others while maintaining your own commitment to recovery. Complete the 80-hour Peer Support Learning training or equivalent within 90 days of hire and maintain current behavioral intervention techniques. Operate on an on-call schedule covering PM and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- A mental health/SUD lived experience
- 80-hour Peer Support Learning or equivalent
- Has current techniques of behavioral intervention training
- On-Call (PM & Overnight)
