The role works within a multi-disciplinary team (RN, PCT, BHC) to coordinate care and support recovery, requiring a high school diploma or GED (associate degree or higher preferred) and at least six months of recovery experience. The position emphasizes engagement, crisis exposure, and peer-based support within behavioral health and substance use treatment contexts, with responsibilities including coordination of care and facilitating ongoing recovery support. Required Qualifications
