Job Summary
Deliver peer support services to adults with severe mental illness in home and community settings, utilizing lived experience to promote recovery, resiliency, and wellness. Assist clients with community integration and resource connection while maintaining accurate documentation in Electronic Health Record systems. Collaborate with treatment teams and community providers, travel throughout the community to meet clients as needed, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training. Maintain required certifications and compliance with program standards. Work approximately 25 hours per week in a flexible schedule with hybrid and remote opportunities available across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and active insurance
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
- Active Family Support Certification; OR ability to meet minimum requirements to become certified in Family Support within 30 days of employment
- Satisfactory results of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
