Peer Support Specialist/ Case Manager

Provide peer support and case management to individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, leveraging lived recovery experience to offer ongoing guidance, coaching, and support. Work across CMS clinic locations, community-based outpatient settings, or correctional health facilities, with flexibility for occasional weekend/holiday shifts. Responsibilities include assisting clients in identifying coping techniques and social support networks, maintaining confidentiality, drawing on personal or professional behavioral health experience to provide clinical support and assessments, promoting harm reduction and recovery in group settings, and coordinating travel to CMS locations and community events (up to 25%). Requires a High School Diploma or GED (required), an Associate Degree with emphasis in Human Services/Counseling/Psychology (preferred), Peer Support or RSS training certificate (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and experience with substance abuse/mental health; valid driver license and clean driving record.
