Job Summary
Meet with clinical team members to provide input on case planning and attend community meetings as assigned. Engage each client on the team, offering guidance during mealtimes and recreation, while escorting them to appointments with the Housing Authority, Social Security, and the bank. Assist clients with job interviews and housing trips to support permanent housing placement. Provide feedback to the clinical team to refine service delivery. Leverage personal lived experience to foster a culture of respect and focus on clients' potential for independent living within the Kingsboro Men's Mica Shelter.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy
- Compassion for the clientele residing at Kingsboro Men's Mica Shelter
