Job Summary
Provide individualized assistance to persons-served with psychiatric disabilities; act as liaison between clients and community resources; train and coach in daily living skills (budgeting, paying bills, maintaining independent residence); accompany clients to appointments and community activities; complete documentation and logs using PIRP format; maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies; support development of self-help groups and professional competencies; ensure services operate within CARF/DMH standards; utilize lived experience to support recovery and advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must self-identify as present and/or former person(s)-served of mental health services
- Must complete a State approved training program and pass a standardized examination
- Meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health
