Job Summary

Engage with clients in social services and case management to support housing and recovery goals, assist with skill building, provide referrals, and coordinate care. Serve as a liaison between clients and community providers for housing, job assistance, and additional treatment services, working with the clinical team to support the holistic needs of both the couple and individuals. Escort and assist clients to appointments (HRA, Social Security, etc.), teach self-help techniques and coping strategies, and help clients manage frustrations and anxieties. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences; provide emergency first aid/CPR when needed. Related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/ GED
  • Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA)
  • training and/or experience in homeless services, substance abuse treatment and mental health services
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
  • Basic computer literacy
  • CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR
