Job Summary
Peer Specialist role supporting clients in social services and housing recovery through case management, skill-building, referrals, and coordination with clinical teams; engages with clients at housing sites, accompanies to appointments (HRA, Social Security), teaches self-help strategies, assists with coping skills, and participates in interdisciplinary meetings to support holistic needs of individuals and couples; CPR/first aid support provided as needed; bilingual abilities a plus; vaccination preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or GED
- Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) required
- CPR training certification or willingness to take CPR training
- Basic computer literacy
