Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist under supervision, facilitating individual and group sessions, and participating in family meetings and treatment team discussions. Perform post-discharge follow-up, assist with community resource navigation, and deliver overdose prevention and education on Naloxone utilization. Participate in ongoing education and in-service training to support patient recovery in an outpatient setting at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital under Mercy Health. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
