Provide recovery support to individuals in Southern NJ, develop Recovery Plans with measurable objectives, educate on navigating treatment and recovery services, offer recovery support based on individual needs, assist in engaging and retaining clients in treatment, maintain documentation, participate in trainings and outreach, advocate for effective community treatment, and empower individuals to pursue self-directed recovery paths through face-to-face or phone sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Lived experience of addiction and recovery
- NJ certified peer recovery specialist (CPRS) required or obtained within first 6 months of employment
