Job Summary
Provide direct care services to program guests, including linkages to community resources, crisis intervention, and recovery readiness counseling. Conduct daily meetings to develop coping skills, review progress, and complete required documentation such as service plans and discharge plans. Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups while performing periodic room inspections for safety. Converse with various shifts regarding pertinent information in the communication log and accompany guests to appointments as needed. Participate in program meetings, attend supervision, and remain current with all agency compliance trainings. Adhere to all policies and procedures while assisting guests with identifying their rights and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in a similar role
- experience receiving mental health services
- Flexibility in scheduling according to program needs
- Adherence to all policies and procedures as set forth in Concern's employee manual
- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings
