Job Summary
Develop rehabilitation skills for individuals and families in substance use or co-occurring recovery through interventions built on the unique relationship between the Peer Recovery Coach, the client, and their family unit. Emphasize the acquisition, development, and expansion of skills needed to move forward in the healing process. This full-time role requires a present or former primary client of substance use services certified as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board with a valid Missouri Class E Driver's License. Candidates must pass background checks, including criminal history and abuse/neglect verification, and provide satisfactory employment and reference checks. Required Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma (or GED)
- Self-identify as a present or former primary client of substance use services
- Are certified as a Peer Support through the Missouri Credentialing Board
- Have a valid State of Missouri Class E Driver's License
