Job Summary
Engage members served in meaningful conversations to explore and meet their own recovery goals while facilitating consultation to reinforce the Telecare Recovery Culture. Respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment for members experiencing mental health or addiction emergencies. Full-time PM shifts run Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Starting wage ranges from $24.59 to $29.64 based on geographic location. Requires High School Diploma, Peer Certification, one year of behavioral health experience, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Peer Certification
- California: Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification through CalMHSA
- One (1) year or part-time equivalent of experience supporting members served with behavioral health challenges
- Experience as a beneficiary of the public Behavioral Health system of care
- Successful completion of Peer Support Training or Peer Employment Training
- Valid and current driver's license
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Days: Tuesday - Saturday
