Job Summary
Provides direct service to clients in their homes, teaching skills for daily living such as personal hygiene, laundry, apartment cleaning, budgeting, shopping, meal planning, safety, and self-preservation; monitors maintenance and safety of living units; administers cooking safety test and medications per program policy; documents client progress and reports incidents; escorts clients when needed; facilitates or co-facilitates groups; supports self-advocacy and recovery goals; requires lived experience with mental health, substance use, or homelessness services; NYCPS certification preferred; high school diploma or GED preferred; strong English communication and basic computer/data entry skills; full-time, Bronx-based role with salary around $48,672–$49,192 plus generous benefits.
